Constellations

from Pretend to Care by Hemingway

/

lyrics

You painted a picture for me without a frame. Lost all the inspiration you never had anyways. Swimming in the ocean we take off our clothes. Boys who love boys in the summer. It's a beautiful day.
Counting constellations far from home. I want everything to do with you staring up at the heavens. Soon the fun is gone. Its another boring day. Missing all the friends that you never had anyways.
The sun holds above my head and ruins my clothes. How could something so invasive be so beautiful. Pink skies spill in your eyes and this feels like home. Should I ever let you know what it meant to me.
I don't really want you to go.
